N80 HILUX
MAINTENANCE (PRE-DYNO)
If you have a newer, low KM N80, you can skip this video, for older and higher milage trucks, you are going to want to look over the following:
- If its done 100k+kms, consider an inlet off decarb
- Consider removing EGR when doing decarb
- Be aware of clutch slippage and look at a clutch upgrade (especially when towing a lot or are hard on the vehicle)
- Fluid, filters and servicing are all up to date
- 150k+kms check injector adaption values and replace if needed
STAGE 1
Our stage 1 package includes a few options with a compliant option (EGR AND DPF intact, or removed-which will need an emissions cert). Please note, power will be heavily effected by manual or auto transmission and tyre size.
- est 35-60hp, 130nm-230nm gains
STAGE 2
If you have an Auto, you may want to consider a trans cooler upgrade, valve bodies, and if you tow a lot of weight regularly, looking at a torque converter lockup.
Manual, a NPC clutch upgrade is strongly recommended.

STAGE 3
Valve body would be mandatory for an auto transmission.

- Est 200hp, 500-600nm total gains
STAGE 4
Stage 4 consist of the previous stages but with bigger injectors, and 30lb boost
