This website is operated by Trundles Automotive Limited (“Trundles Automotive”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Shopify platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

4. Eligibility & lawful use

You confirm you are the age of majority in your place of residence or have consented to minor dependents using the site. You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Except for payment details, your content may be transferred unencrypted for technical reasons. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.

6. Information accuracy

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that site information is complete, current or error-free. Historical information may be provided for reference. We may modify content at any time without obligation to update it.

7. Products, pricing & availability

  • Prices are in NZD. NZ GST is included for New Zealand customers; international orders are priced excluding GST and may attract duties/taxes payable on arrival.
  • We may limit sales by person, region, or order and limit quantities.
  • Colours and finishes may vary by screen.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. If stock varies, we may partially fulfil and contact you to arrange backorder, substitution, or refund (see our Refunds & Returns Policy)

8. Orders, billing & cancellations

We may refuse or cancel any order and may limit quantities per customer/account/address. If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the details provided.

  • Provide accurate details: You agree to keep your account, contact, and payment info current.
  • Order cancellation (before dispatch): If you cancel prior to processing/dispatch, we’ll refund the product value less platform/transaction fees actually incurred, allow for an Exchange or give Store Credit to the value of your order.
  • After dispatch: Cancellations aren’t possible; please see our Refunds & Returns Policy
  • Partial fulfilment: If an item is unavailable, we may ship the available items and follow up on the balance or offer a refund/substitution.

9. Optional tools & third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” basis without warranties. Third-party websites and content are outside our control; review their terms and policies before engaging.

10. User content (comments, reviews, submissions)

If you send us comments/ideas/submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful or in breach of these Terms. You warrant your submissions don’t violate third-party rights and aren’t unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and may be used as necessary to provide delivery, returns, and warranty services (see the policies linked above).

12. Errors & corrections

We may correct errors relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time, including after you place an order, where permitted by law.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to: break laws, infringe IP rights, harass or discriminate, submit false information, upload malware, scrape or spam, collect personal information of others without consent, or interfere with security. Breach may result in termination.

14. Warranties & liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use of the Service. The Service and products are provided “as is” except as expressly stated by us.
To the extent permitted by law, Trundles Automotive and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from use of the Service or products.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for goods/services ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trundles Automotive and affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws/third-party rights.

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Termination

Either party may terminate by ceasing use of the site. We may terminate at any time if you breach these Terms. You remain liable for amounts due up to termination.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping, Refunds & Returns, and Warranty policies, constitute the full agreement and supersede prior understandings.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, and subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
