Details:
Featuring HPD’s exclusive Bar & Plate Core design with cast alloy tanks and HPD's unique 10mm thick “knuckle duster” mounting brackets, CNC machined from solid billet alloy.

Map sensor boss is also CNC Machined and welded onto the intake pipe for perfect sensor fitment. Piping diameter is increased from the factory diameter of 2" (50mm) to 2.5" (63mm) for better breathing to enable improved performance and economy.

During dyno testing, once warmed up, even after seven back-to-back power runs, the cold side temperatures out of the HPD intercooler were consistently 40°C compared to the OEM unit’s 65-70°C. This is a testament to the HPD Bar & Plate Core’s resistance to heat soak and superior cooling performance.
