How to Choose the Correct Flange?
The two available options differ in thickness due to a Toyota design update in mid-1994. To ensure correct fitment, check your Landcruiser’s build year — but if you're unsure or want to double-check, follow this simple process:

Measure the Thickness: Using a ruler or digital caliper, measure the total thickness of the flange from the mounting face (where it meets the hub) to the outer face (where the bolts sit). Please see the last image as a rough reference of how to measure the Axle Flange
- If your flange measures approx. 26mm thick, select the 1990–1994 option.
- If it measures approx. 33.4mm thick, select the 1994–1998 option.

43421-60022 or 43421-60040).
