Note 1: Please ensure when installing the steel bearing carrier is properly fitted and lubricated, this is crucial to avoid issues. Proper alignment in the fork and correct greasing of the center bore are key for optimal performance.
Note 2: We offer two NPC clutch kits to suit Toyota Hilux, this 750Nm kit (NPC7678-1D) & a 700Nm kit (NPC8006-1B). The 700Nm kit is suited to vehicles with a tune and some minor additional accessories, whereas the 750Nm kit is suited to vehicles with significant upgrades. - NPC7678-1D Kit: Recommended for vehicles with significant upgrades. It maintains a manageable pedal effort in the N70 models but provides a firmer pedal feel in the N80. The kit has proven reliable with centrifugal force, provided it's installed correctly.
750Nm Kit Details & Key Improvements:
- Factory Clutch Limitations: Factory Hilux clutches struggle with increased power and torque, especially when upgrades like exhausts or tunes are added. This NPC package was developed to address this issue, capable of handling up to 750Nm of torque, it aims to improve driving pleasure while handling higher power outputs
- This 750Nm 'NPC7678-1D' kit is suitable for vehicles with significant power upgrades.
- It maintains a manageable pedal effort in the N70 models but provides a firmer pedal feel in the N80
