The entry level Alpine SPJ-161C2 Type-J series are an affordable way to upgrade your factory speakers or even to start building a sound system, for the excellent sound quality and performance you expect from Alpine.
The Alpine SPJ-161C2 6″ Coaxial Speakers are built to handle all bass levels down to the lowest, their high efficiency means that you enjoy powerful bass sounds without distortion. The Tweeters reproducing clean detailed highs you would expect from much higher priced speakers in this class. The Alpine 6.5" Coaxial 250 Watt 2-Way Speaker System features a cool grill design, high sensitivity with bright sound, and easy installation.
Despite their affordability, these speakers look good! The glossy black finish gives a luxurious appearance, and the new grille design is cool looking. The Alpine logo on top is elegant, not garish.
These 2-way coaxial speakers will put out much bigger, better sound than what entry customers are used to. They are compatible with Alpine entry-level four-channel amplifiers, for easy system building.
