- The HD-G300 Vortex Greens turbo enhances low-end response and efficiently maintains boost across the rev range, with a design boost of 22 psi and an operational range of 14–28 psi.
- Adding a boost controller and boost gauge enables boost adjustments beyond the preset range of 18–22 psi.
- Stock Performance: The HDJ81 1HD-FT engine produces 368Nm of torque and 82–88 rwkW.
- Grunter Extreme Turbo Upgrade: With a custom-tuned factory injection pump, performance increases to 480–580Nm of torque and 120–135 rwkW, with 10 psi boost achievable at 1500 rpm.
- Advanced Setup: Adding a large intercooler, 3” exhaust, custom injection pump, and upgraded air intake can yield up to 165 rwkW and over 700Nm of torque at the crankshaft.
