HPD Heat Exchanger to suit Toyota Landcruiser 300 Series Oct 2024-Onwards
Includes:
1x HPD Heat Exchanger Kit – HEK-300-F-AF
Description
The HPD Heat Exchanger is designed to improve intercooler cooling efficiency and reduce power loss in the Toyota Landcruiser 300 Series, particularly when towing or driving in hot conditions.
The factory cooling system uses two small heat exchangers mounted behind the front bumper, where airflow is limited. Under heavy loads or high temperatures, these can struggle to cool the coolant circulating through the water-to-air intercooler, resulting in increased intake temperatures and reduced engine performance.
HPD's upgraded heat exchanger is positioned behind the front grille for improved airflow and cooling efficiency, helping maintain consistent engine performance under demanding conditions.
Featuring a high-performance bar-and-plate core and CNC-machined billet alloy end tanks, the kit is designed for straightforward installation without drilling or cutting.
Features & Benefits
- Reduces coolant temperatures by up to 20°C*
- Over 2.75x improvement in maintaining maximum power*
- Improved cooling performance when towing or under heavy loads
- Front grille mounting position for better airflow
- 440 x 260 x 60mm bar-and-plate core
- CNC-machined billet alloy end tanks
