A wheel alignment must be performed after the installation of upgraded suspension parts. After a suspension lift or bull bar install, most ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) equipped vehicles will require calibration.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the ADAS re-calibration is carried out by a specialised technician to guarantee the safety of the vehicle and its occupants.

Profender Basic MG Height Adjustable Lift Kit to suit Ford Ranger PX3 2018-2022
NOTE:
- Not Suitable for PX1/PX2 Rangers.
- A 100mm Lift is achievable with extra components. A 100mm Lift will most likely NOT pass a NZ certification as this will decrease the suspension droop travel, it is up to the customer to set these any higher than a 75mm Lift.
NOTE: You must fit Sway Bar Links when lifting these vehicles which can be found here.
Please use the drop down menu to select the correct spring rates depending on your vehicles accessories.

The stock Upper Control Arms can hit the chassis seam on droop in some models.
With the vehicle on the ground, you can remove the top hat crush tube and shorten it around 10mm then refit. This in turn can shorten the shock extended length to give clearance - Some top hats have a longer crush tube which seems to be the cause of this.
Profender front shocks for IFS vehicles are supplied with spring seat spacers (collars). These collars fit beneath the spring seat and can be used to increase spring preload and vehicle ride height if additional lift is required in the future.
When you order a pre-assembled strut from us, you do not need to install these collars before fitting the strut. Your struts are assembled to your requested ride height and load rating using a correctly specified coil spring.
If you are ordering shocks only to use with an existing lifted coil spring, you also do not need to install the collars, provided your current springs are correctly specified.
Installing these collars will increase the ride height of your supplied strut. As a guide, the 10 mm collar will typically provide approximately 15 mm of additional vehicle lift, although actual lift will vary depending on vehicle weight, accessories, and spring rate.
The collars are supplied separately and are not required for standard installation.
New Zealand Compliance Notice: If these collars are fitted to alter the spring seat height and increase ride height, LVV certification will be required before the vehicle can be legally used on the road. Customers should consult an LVV certifier before installation.
Shocks installed without the spring seat spacers are generally treated as direct replacement suspension components and typically do not require LVV certification.
