Details:
This in-house designed Trundles rear torsion sway bar kit transforms coil-rear conversions and stretched chassis builds by adding a purpose-made anti-roll link across the rear suspension. The torsion bar ties the rear spring towers together and reduces body roll, improving mid-corner stability and load-transfer control without compromising ride compliance.
Want this made to suit your vehicle? Send photos of the rear axle, spring towers and chassis rail and we’ll advise if a standard kit will fit or whether a custom layout is required.
- Full kit: everything required for a neat installation (bar, arms, plates, bushes & links).
- Billet alloy arms: CNC machined for superior strength and fatigue resistance versus pressed steel arms. Ideal for high-stress off-road use.
- Shear plates & heavy hardware: distribute loads into the chassis and reduce point-loading on tabs and brackets - important for lifted or heavily loaded vehicles.
- Polyurethane bushes & links: long-life, greaseable or low-maintenance options to suit road and off-road use.
- Custom-fit capable: Designed around our chassis stretched 79-series coil converted build, but can be adapted to many chassis - ask us for vehicle-specific fitment details

Installation:
