This comprehensive Series 2 1HD-FTE HPD intercooler kit has been designed with shorter pipe work which runs directly from the intercooler to the turbo charger and inlet, due to the direct path we provide a replacement TIG welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle. This intercooler kit can handle power well above 200kw’s at the wheels with supporting modifications. This kit also has improved ground clearance and excellent winch clearance.

HPD 4WD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures, you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
